I had a really disappointing experience with Stretch Labs of Miami. I went in for a free session, which seemed fine at the time, so I decided to sign up for four more sessions. The next morning, I woke up in pain, clearly from the session. Concerned, I called to cancel within the three-day grace period, as per their policy.
That’s when the real frustration began—I was completely ghosted. No response to my calls, no follow-up, nothing. It’s incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable to ignore a paying customer, especially when they are trying to cancel within the allowed time frame.
If this is how they treat customers, I can only imagine what other shady business practices they have. Save yourself the headache and take your money elsewhere!
