点评：I had booked parasailing for six adults over the Easter weekend. We travelled from Auckland, New Zealand, and this was our first visit to the Gold Coast.
Our booking was scheduled for 8:00 a.m., and we arrived at 7:45 a.m. I understand that some time is required for check-in, safety briefings, and fitting equipment. However, the receptionist, Ms Robyn, was not helpful at all. Instead of assisting us in finding a solution, she repeatedly told us that we would not be able to make the booking, saying, “I’m sorry, you guys cannot make it.”
I believe that with a more helpful and customer-focused approach from the staff, we could have participated in the activity as planned. I also requested a reschedule and continued to email after returning to New Zealand, as well as making phone calls, but I received no response whatsoever.
This experience was extremely disappointing, especially considering we had travelled internationally and were looking forward to what should have been a highlight of our trip. Had I known there were other operators offering the same service, I would have chosen a different company.
Unfortunately, the lack of customer service, communication, and willingness to assist has left a very negative impression. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
