Lovely gardens but not the same as in 2022, we missed the opportunity to sit peacefully and take in the surroundings

点评：We have visited the Gardens previously back in 2022 and so decided to revisit this year as part of my birthday celebrations.
I have to be honest and say it didn't quite live up to my previous visit. Firstly it was a lot busier so parking was a bit of a nightmare. (We got there fairly early, about 30 minutes after opening). On our last visit the lady who greeted us was really friendly and helpful whereas this time the cashier was a little more ambivalent.
Waling around the garden there was still plenty to see. There was a suggested route which we followed ensuring we saw everything on offer. My impression this time is that the gardens are a little short staffed particularly with regards to gardeners. There was quite a lot of dead foliage that hadn't been cleared away in certain areas.
Sharon, who we had met last time was still on site, busy giving a guided walk. Despite this she was still her friendly self and gave us a few pointers of where to see the humming birds.
We like to just sit and take in the tranquillity of a garden, listen to the birds and look out for local wildlife. There were seats strategically placed throughout but the area we had sat in last time where we could peacefully sit and watch the butterflies was no longer there which was disappointing and we failed to find another spot that could take its place.
The small cafe was shut on this visit so we were unable to stop at the ned of our visit and take a quiet moment

这次来的时候，小咖啡馆关门了，所以我们没能在游览结束时停下来，享受片刻的宁静。
