Filthy floors and no communication!!!

点评：On entry we were informed the pool is a cashless area, which got my husband's back up immediately, he's still a cash person.
We didn't realise and were at no point told, that it was only 40 mins before the end of the session. Having a 3 year old with us and not having been to the pool for approximately 20 years it took us a while to get changed, sort out lockers, toilets and actually get in the pool. So you can imagine our surprise when after 15-20 mins we were told the session had ended and had to get out. If we'd been told the session was ending in 40 mins when we arrived, we would have gone elsewhere. When we asked for a refund we were told we could open an account and the money could sit there until we use it, but as I say, this was the first time in 20 years I'd been and didn't want an account, or we could have a refund on the card but it takes ages for it to be credited (why??). And of course, my husband did say, if we'd paid cash as we wanted to, we could have had a cash refund!!!
Suffice to say, I won't be going back, not only due to this poor communication but also the state of the place. Changing rooms were absolutely filthy, crips, crackers, hair, dirt all over the floors and benches and no private showers to use.
It wasn't busy in the pool, so I'm sure somebody could give it a once-over now and again, and the receptionist was sitting doing nothing as I think everyone is expected to pay online as she was quite surprised we wanted to pay on entry.
Only given 2 stars as the pool itself is a great size for younger children and the short time we had in the pool, our grandaughter enjoyed.

只给了 2 颗星，因为游泳池本身对于年幼的孩子来说非常大，而且我们在游泳池里度过的时间很短，我们的孙女很享受。
