Ignorant bartender
The Bell的点评
点评：We was thrilled that the bell was joining in with the sandy music festival for charity! It's perfect for families as it has a gated garden, had a bouncy castle for kids, various food being sold, outside bar, and live music, perfect!
But was absolutely appalled by the service from the bar staff inside, went in to order drinks for 4 adults, 4 children, (beers, wine, and fruit shoots)
For the bar staff to ask who's next, which we took a step to the bar, as it was very busy and queues, the one of the bar staff as we were saying our order completely ignored us and moved onto the next person, once we were finally served, said our order, to be told there are no fruit shoots which would of been £1.60-£2, for them to say we have J2O, Not thinking about the price, for 4 J2Os it was! After paying realised they were £3.60 each! And that wasn't the worst thing, as picking up the drinks to move away the next customer asked for fruit shoots, for that same bartender to go out the back and grab them and hand them over to that customer, we spoke to people outside, and the same had happened to them and also witnessed alot of other people coming out with fruit shoots, I understand it was a charity day, and because there were Lots of food trucks, etc there they were probably being cheeky trying to make more money for the bar itself, but we had already bought raffle tickets, also donated to the charity, brought tattoos, beers from the tent outside. It was a scorching hot day also! that was a very annoying experience. But overall we had a good day. but do not appreciate being lied to and pure ignorance from the bartender.
