Indisciplined staffs and helpless management

点评：Jun14 2023.12pm show Movie "Por tholil"Magaa mattamana theatre (very very worst theatre).Staffs of the theatre behave like goons and rowdies.They don't response in a polite manner to the viewers.Staff Velmurugan in car parking behaves like a rowdy and harrass the lady audience.He doesn't allow even the elderly person to take the lift. Why do kasi talkies have these lifts.
They have employed indisciplined employees and support their arrogance towards ladies.When complained to the Manager ,he didn't even have the courtesy of insisting the staff Velmurugan to apologise for his arrogance behaviour to an elderly lady.I came here for 'Poru thozhil" movie,never gonna watch here...There were couple of young men who raised voice against the attrocity of the management.
I was searching for the young chap who raised voice against this atrocity to a lady but couldn't find him.So would really thank and bless him on this public forum.🙏
Worst theatre in Chennai..not for family audience.This is a genuine and true review. I would never prefer this theatre for family watching. The staff VelMurugan spoiled the ambience and disturbed the mind from watching movie.My son regularly plays foot ball in kasi talkies turf even though it is quite expensive.After this incident,i advised him to avoid these places due to their indisciplined staff Completely disappointed!!
