For the above order I received the product on 13 th june 2025. I collected it on 14 th from my office.The quality of the saree was very bad, I submitted return request on 14 th on their website .The form went through & i saw thank you message but no confirmation mail or message was sent to me on my mail id.
I waited for 2 days thinking a return pick up will be arranged. On enquiring further ,the customer service PPL informed not possible as we did not receive your return request. I spoke on 16 th. Their reply is 2 days of return period are over so product can't be returned. such a pathetic response I have mailed& called on different dates but ..they just respond 2 days of return period is over.
Intention is very clear to delivery a substandard product & have no scope of return .Unfortunately got into a trap of unprofessional marketing setup.Extremrly bad experience for this online shopping
