I am disabled and need to borrow one of their mobility scooters
I spent some hours on Monday trying to get through to Guest Services. The phone either said wrong number, can't connect you or rang with no answer. Eventually in the afternoon I got through and book scooter for Wednesday 10 15 am. I arrived in car park and phoned guest services to get scooter. Again I couldn't get through - no answer. I could see the office was in darkness with no one there. Eventually at almost 11.00 am I gave up and went home. I rang in afternoon to be told member of staff rang in sick and no replacement. I find this unacceptable for such a large shopping centre to have no one available to answer the phone. I have been left disappointed and upset. I think the Boulevard needs to look at their customer service!
