Favorite onsen in Tokyo
Spa LaQua的点评
点评：Spa LaQua is a modern take on a traditional onsen. But it's by far my favorite onsen in Tokyo. It's a huge complex with a variety of indoor and outdoor pools, a 'healing baden' with excellent themed healing sauna style rooms, along with an entire floor full of relaxing beds and restaurants.
Like most onsen's in Japan - there is a separate section for men and women where you can bathe in the nude. And you have to sign a document stating that you don't have tattoos when you arrive.
The spa is located in an outdoor mall complex, which also has some great restaurants, a supermarket and even a rollercoaster!
Unlike spas in the US or UK, everyone here respects one another. It's quiet, no one is on their phones, no one is shouting or having loud conversations.
If you're in Tokyo and want a fully relaxing day you've got to check this onsen out.
