Lack of customer service attention from some security personnel

点评：Today I was visiting the Bacardi store to buy some present for our family and friend back in the States, overall the experience was good until my wife was across the street from the store and one of the security guards starter yelling and scream at her for no apparent reason, he was yearling OUT, OUT, OUT, and then he was saying something like to the sidewalk and straight to the parking, I have no idea what he was talking about, we did obey the order but my wife was crying little later because we have no idea what was the problem, that surely ruin our day, the lady's at the front gate was very nice and professional, the two other guys in the parking lot and out side the store was not, my suggestion to the administration is to train the security employees better on customer service, disappointed after 20 years back visit my Island to be treated like this.
