点评：Excellent tour hosted by, Declan, the owner of the tour company. Went for the tour as a couple, and was joined by three other tourists.
Tour starts with a short 10 minute bus ride from the restaurant to the farm. Declan will share a bunch of things about the history of the farm during the ride. He is both incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in recommending things to do in Tasmania.
A 1-piece coveralls with built-in boots are provided, protecting you from the water. No fears of getting your clothes wet unless you fall into the water!
Declan showed us oysters ranging from a few months old all the way up to a 12 year old big boy. We even had the chance to taste an oyster straight from the farm in the river from the basket.
The experience of learning to shuck oysters was also very fun. Makes the taste of the oysters even better. The vinaigrette provided for the oysters paired perfectly. Steamed mussels and Riesling were also very good.
Overall, excellent tour. Would highly recommend to anyone who likes oysters.
