点评:2-hour tour with Oyster Bay Tours was absolutely incredible! We learned all about how oysters and mussels are grown, harvested, and shucked right on the farm. Wearing waders and stepping into the water made it such a fun, hands-on experience. Definitely a highlight of our trip to Tasmania!
The oysters were unbelievably fresh, and the mussels were just as delicious. Shucking them ourselves was a bit tricky at first, but so rewarding once we got the hang of it. Our guide, Declan, was super enthusiastic and knowledgeable, sharing so many interesting facts about oyster farming and the local area.
The location is peaceful, beautiful, and perfect for this kind of experience. The included Riesling paired perfectly with the seafood. The tour group was 12 people.
At $170 AUD per person, it was worth every cent. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Coles Bay/ Freycinet. It’s unique, educational, and delicious!
