点评:We've been making wood-fired pizza for several years but we thought that we could still learn from an expert in Italy. We weren't wrong! Federico taught us several techniques that we will definitely incorporate in our method. The pizza was light, crispy, delicious and most importantly (to us!) had that puffy airy edge that is so tasty. The weather wasn't very cooperative but Federico accommodated our group in his lovely home and we all had an opportunity to try our hand at the pizza oven. We had a lovely evening which included a generous antipasto, wine, lots of pizza, decadent dessert and Federico's own homemade limencello. Federico also helped us arrange transportation so everyone was able to enjoy the evening and not have to worry about driving. We'd definitely recommend Federico's class to anyone staying in the Positano area.
