点评:We have booked two holidays with Snowevo. Our first trip was a ski holiday in Serbia last year which went smoothly, which is why we felt confident booking a second trip to Andorra this past February.
Unfortunately, the Andorra trip was a different experience entirely. From the third day onward, ski passes were not sent to us until the morning of each skiing day, causing repeated late starts. On the final day, no passes were sent at all, forcing us to purchase them ourselves. We were assured a refund would follow.
To make matters worse, we then discovered 2 of our return flight had been booked for the wrong date. Despite this being an error on the operator’s part, we received no assistance in resolving it and were left to rebook and cover the additional costs ourselves. Again, we were promised a full refund.
That was three months ago. We are still waiting for €600. Every week we received promises that the money would be sent, none were kept
