点评：We visited De Rustica Olive Estate and were thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. The olive tour is offered at 11:00 and 14:00, lasting about an hour—informative, engaging, and beautifully presented.
We opted for the full package: tasting, video, and guided tour. Jarryd, our guide, was incredibly friendly and deeply knowledgeable, making the entire experience both educational and enjoyable. His passion for olives and the estate’s craft was contagious!
The venue is immaculately maintained, offering a stunning and serene setting for the tasting experience. From the moment you walk in, you're immersed in the world of premium olives and extra virgin olive oil. The tasting was thoughtfully laid out.
Their olive oils are hands-down some of the best we’ve ever tasted, and the olives were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cured. We left with a few bottles from their Estate Collection— Cortina to be specific. (each with distinct profiles)
We didn’t get a chance to eat at the restaurant this time, but we’ll definitely be back for a meal next round!
Highly recommendable for locals and tourists alike. A true gem in the region!
