点评：Visiting Elephant Sanctuary Care Park was one of the most meaningful and memorable experiences I’ve had in Thailand.
What makes this place truly special is how intentionally they limit group sizes and allow the elephants to roam freely in a natural, uninhibited environment.
There’s no riding here—just genuine, respectful interaction. We were able to feed them, pat them, and spend time up close in a way that felt both safe and incredibly authentic.
Eddie, our guide, was fantastic. He gave us a thoughtful overview of elephant care and the broader situation in Thailand, which made the entire experience even more impactful. His guidance made it easy and comfortable to interact with these beautiful animals.
If you’re not into the big, theme‑park‑style elephant attractions, this sanctuary is the perfect alternative. It’s peaceful, ethical, and deeply connected to the well‑being of the elephants. I highly recommend it.
