点评:Visited on a Sunday lunchtime in July after having been at the wine festival in Sabile. Unfortunately it was pouring with rain while we were there, so we were unable to take the tour around the farm.
The restaurant is very pleasant, seating being inside two large glass greenhouse type structures. The menu offers only dishes made from the ostriches and goats kept on the farm, along with other local ingredients.
My wife and I had a delicious tomato and vegetable soup made with ostrich bouillon, while my son and his fiancee had the ostrich carpaccio. Mains comprised a choice of ostrich steak served with a wide variety of local produce, ostrich burgers or what was simply described on the menu as goat.
Desserts were all made from ostrich eggs, - a delicious ice cream, creme brulee or a very large pavlova with local fruit.
