点评：I really didn’t want to write this review, but I felt there was a need. First, the staff were some of the friendliest and most helpful people we encountered on our very long road trip. The location is beautiful. I can only imagine how beautiful it must be in the winter. However, this resort is not for seniors with disabilities. Everywhere is either a slope or stairs. On our first night, an elderly couple, a little older than ourselves, arrived after 9 PM. The husband was using both a cane and walker. There was no staff to help them into their room. That left me. Upon seeing their room and the difficulty in getting to it, the wife burst into tears. Their room, like ours, was one step above a DUMP. The only redeeming feature was the bed. The rooms are badly in need of upgrades. They are for young skiers and mountain bikers with their wet and muddy boots and dirt encrusted biking togs, not for people over 75 simply looking for a nice room to relax in. It would have been helpful had they described the rooms as less than rustic.
