Deeply Disappointing Stay – Poor Facilities and Service

点评：I had a very disappointing stay at Grand Targhee Resort. The room was in extremely poor condition — the fridge didn’t work, the internet kept dropping repeatedly, and there were very few power outlets. The charging cables they provided barely charged our phones.
The front desk was unreachable in the morning, and no one responded to calls for assistance. The advertised five restaurants? Only one was open (and only until 8 PM); the rest remained closed throughout our stay. This left us with limited and inconvenient dining options.
To make matters worse, the water quality seemed very poor — I developed skin rashes after using the shower. It’s unacceptable that such basic needs weren’t met. For a resort, the lack of functioning amenities, unresponsive staff, and overall poor maintenance made this a stay I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.
