Despite of my numerous calls with them regarding one of our colleagues transfer, they totally disregarded all our asks and requests, then sent additional payment when we have told them not to do it in the first place. The flight was scheduled to land at 14:05, but landed earlier. Unfortunately the colleages had been held in the plane and also at the passport control. We have been requesting the driver not to come in the airport parking unitl the customers are ready. they did then cross charged the fee to us, which never happened. When questioning this business behavour they just brought excuses and refused any support or understnading.
