点评:My wife and I have recently stayed for a weekend break, nice hotel (showing a few signs of wear and tear) but on the whole very acceptable. Breakfast and dinner very nice with attentive staff and no issues with the accommodation. My main reason for giving 3 starts is in relation to the customer service, I foolishly left my mobile charger and cable in the bedroom upon departure and only realized when I got home. I called the hotel to ask if house keeping had handed it in but was told someone will be in touch, I'm not sure why a simple request needs to follow a process but never the less I'd no other choice. An email landed the following day advising that the hotel had my charger and that postage needed to be paid to have it returned, £7.50 was quoted (Royal Mail charge £3.50) along with a link to make payment which I promptly did, As I type this review on a Wednesday afternoon after checking out last Sunday there's no sign of my charger, no tracking number and no update, all of this after putting £856 in the till.....try harder people, you're a 5 star hotel allegedly.
