点评:Very disappointed with our recent visit to Flip Out. My daughter and her friends were enjoying themselves doing flips on the trampolines, just like many others around them. However, they were singled out and told that if they continued flipping, they would be kicked out. Meanwhile, other children were clearly allowed to keep flipping without any issue.
The staff members who delivered the warning were barely older than the kids themselves and came across as unprofessional and inconsistent in applying the rules. It felt unfair and honestly a bit humiliating for the girls, especially when they were doing the exact same thing as others who weren’t being told off.
When one of the girls pointed out that other people were flipping—and that the place is literally called Flip Out—she was told she was being rude. That kind of response is completely unnecessary and shows a lack of maturity and training on the part of the staff.
If flips aren’t allowed, that should be made clear to everyone and enforced consistently—not selectively. This double standard really ruined what should have been a fun outing.
Also, it’s a bit odd that your online advertising and promo videos show people flipping, yet customers are apparently not allowed to do the same in the venue. Maybe it shouldn’t be called Flip Out if you’re not actually allowed to flip.
I emailed Flip Out about this and requested a refund—but I haven’t heard anything back. Based on this experience and the lack of customer service, we won’t be returning.
