Don’t waste your money - Terrible place

点评：We arrived 30 mins before our start time, as detailed on the online system. The person on the counter had no idea what was happening or what our booking was. I had to ask several times for the socks we had pre paid for on our booking.
He couldn’t tell me if there were lockers to put our belongings in. He was too busy fist bumping his pals to pay attention to actual customers.
When we went to trampoline area, everything was extremely dirty/sticky and rubbish everywhere. I did not feel comfortable touching the padding around the area.
There were 5 young men working but mostly seemed to be chatting to their friends and not paying attention to what was happening in the trampoline area.
Online it advertises several different areas available to play in reality it is just trampolines no other area open all were blocked off.
The cafe area did not have a clean table, all were covered in discarded food and rubbish, another lady also commented that she felt she needed to clean up.
The 1 hour cost my family £50 and we left after 25 minutes due to the cleanliness and conditions of the area.
