点评:Pools and spa is very nice. Everything is nice if you are just pool guests.
Hotel is another thing. Receptionist without smile, no towels in room. Hairs everywhere (even in pools). This is the only place where they asked 1,5 eur for tap water during dinner. When I argued about that, they explained it as "side dish" and it costs 0,3 Eur per 100ml.
They lost guests because of that. It is obviously hard to do good service, but it is not our problem.
Restaurant staff is not professional and lazy.
It is unacceptable for 3+ star hotel.
Value for money is about zero.
Better and cheaper option is to stay in any apartment (like we did few times) and just pay pool daily tickets.
Also, there are many spas in Slovenia with better service.
