0 stars, do NOT recommend, save your $$$ for an ACTUALLY family-friendly cruise line

点评：Disney is the most cold-hearted company. My MIL was admitted to the hospital 2 days before her cruise, and yet they won't refund her for the MOST EXPENSIVE VACATION she never got to take. Shame on Disney. They can very obviously afford to reimburse her but they don't give two $%^&* about guest experience like they claim.
Oh, and for anyone reading this, here's what you should know about Disney cruises: the food was absolutely mid. Think about that: you're easily paying $3500 for a cruise where the food isn't even good? What a waste.
I'd much rather take my toddler on a CARNIVAL cruise where she can still run around, play, and have a wonderful time, all while getting much better food than what was offered on this tip.
Speaking of Carnival, we had 0 seasickness issues with them- but Disney cruise line? My poor brother and his wife were so seasick the entire time that they barely even got to enjoy the cruise, which means that their kids barely did either since the parents were too seasick to do too much.
Plus, they kicked everyone out of the on-ship pools for cleaning during the middle of the day- really, Disney, you can't schedule a cleaning while people are asleep? You choose to interrupt and upset small children playing in the pools rather than schedule the cleaning during a quieter time?
Awful, awful, awful, awful guest experience. -5 stars. I recommend anyone thinking of cruising to save their hard-earned money for fun, family-friendly cruise lines because Disney is clearly not one of them.
