Cabo Pulmo Divers的点评
点评：The dive guides didn't really seem to care about sharing information about the park or the dives with us clients. I went on six dives over the course of three days, and whereas the briefings were informative and helpful as we prepared to dive, the guides ignored the clients on the boat rides to the sites and didn't even attempt to talk with us afterward about what we saw during each dive. I've never been to a dive shop where that has been the case.
On my last day the guide was more interested in shooting his own underwater video than guiding or informing the group, to the point that he didn't even notify us that there was a sea turtle nearby (which he was filming) and he didn't notify us when he was swimming to other parts of the site (unsafe). The operational elements of this outfit are solid, but the guides could use a course in customer service and could at least pretend they care enough about the marine life and ecosystem to share information with those of us who made the effort to be there (and who are paying and tipping them).
