A Healing Journey with Nino’s Infinity Vinyasa Flow

点评：It’s been about half a year since I joined Nino’s Infinity Vinyasa Flow class, and I’ve been wanting to share how special that experience was.
Before class, I had lower back pain that kept me awake, so when Nino asked what we wanted to practice, I said lower back. He really heard me, and we focused on the spine that class. After the spine practice, the pain completely disappeared. It felt like a healing light moving through my body, as if the practice was made just for that pain.
Nino’s energy is calming, powerful, and full of light — being near him was such a peaceful and uplifting experience. By the end, I couldn’t stop smiling. I felt love, peace, and deep connection. I thanked him from my heart for helping me release so much. Grateful for this healing journey with Nino.
