Worst horseback trip of my Life.

点评：This company overbooked our trip to make extra money due to end of season. On the website there was suppose to be 10 people on this trip. 20 people showed up at orientation meeting which was held in a dark room without seating. It was hard to read the liability paperwork (which was at least 10 pages long. Due to overbooking there were not enough wranglers to get prep work done in a timely fashion. We waited 2.5 to 3 hours at trail head waiting for horses to be saddles, mules to be packed. Owner complained that he was short staffed - not our problem due to overbooking the trip.
This trip was overpriced compared to the outfitter company's I have use for this type of trip.
Safety was not a priority. Saddle cinches were not checked after breaks unless asked by the customer. On two different occasions, owner left part of our group behind. There should have been a wrangler in the middle of group that knew what trails we traveling. Owner's mother in back of string did not know what trails we were taking
Communication was also not a priority. Clients were not informed of meal times, time to be ready to depart for next day's travel or where the outhouse facilities were.
At camp, there were not enough collapsible chairs for clients. Owners sat in chair and didn't offer their seat to a client.
I would NOT recommend this company. It's was the worst horse back trip I have ever taken.
