点评：Hi there, thank you so much for your last two reviews. In response to , Teresa B and Pamela L. But we better get some facts straight. First thing we can never overbook these trips. We take ten guests max and five crew always. These are forest service rules. We would jeopardize our outfitting permits if we overbooked this. There were only 8 guests. Our safety waivers, only 5 pages long and is very straightforward . No one can get on the trail or our horses without signing it. Insurance rules. It takes time to fit saddles , make loads for mules, before these trips can go in. All of us do these jobs, even the owner Kenny. Saddle cinches are checked everytime you get off and then back on your horse. You were all told to walk down a very steep trail.Some did not want to follow the directions. As these are not park trails, these are mountains. Meals are not prepped at certain times. Its when you get back from your day trips. Our trips have a no refund policy, that’s why we say get trip insurance. Sorry for you “experienced horse riders”, that this trip was not for you. If you would like to talk to the other guests that were on this trip, other then these women. They will have a totally different experience and story of what went on with these women.
