点评：Visited the Canalside cafe today with our young granddaughter.
Firstly, it was quite busy due too school holidays, but easy enough to find a table. Although sitting in the conservatory part was draughty as the doors had been left open so found a table in the main service area.
The table could have done with cleaning as it was very sticky, but the food arrived reasonably promptly and was quite tasty. 3 egg omelette with chips and garnish. Followed later by a generous slice of cake with cream.
Slight problem with someone entering the cafe with their dog and ordering food from the counter before going to an outdoor table, although that part of the cafe doesn’t allow dogs.
Unfortunately the state of the ladies toilets left a lot to be desired. There was toilet paper all over the floors and it is impossible to dry your hands properly on the air dryers.
Overall, good food, service good, attention to cleanliness required.
