点评：I made my apt before the new management after Stephanie. (She was always incredible).
But after telling me my reservation hadn’t been made (by new management) and then the day before wanting to know if I’d paid the rest of the deposit.
Well no bc I you can’t talk to a real person here. I still have not received a call from owner, which I requested after multiple emails unanswered and even trying to contact on Instagram….
Tell me: who wants to drive 5 hours after having no clue what you’re walking into even if you can get in? Etc?! It was a birthday gift for myself. I invited a few friends and my husband. We booked the whole Villa.
If they had gotten back that would be different but this strange back and forth with someone over text named Alissa has given me absolutely no confidence at all to drive up there.
How could anyone plan a visit with zero information? Would you trust that? Ask yourself that before you think about staying. Awful management/ kinda sketchy too.

可后来新管理团队告诉我预约并未成功，接着就在预订日前一天问我是否已经支付了剩余的定金。
其实并没有，因为在这里根本无法联系到真人。我也一直没收到房东的电话——我在发了好几封邮件都石沉大海、甚至尝试通过Instagram联系之后，才请求他给我打电话的……告诉我：就算能进去，可连里面是什么情况都一无所知，这种情况下谁还愿意开车5个小时去呢？！这本来是我送给自己的生日礼物。我邀请了几个朋友和我的丈夫，我们还包下了整栋别墅。
如果他们当时回复了，情况或许会不一样；但现在通过短信与一个叫Alissa的人来回沟通了这么久，我完全没有信心开车去那里了。在没有任何信息的情况下，怎么可能规划一次行程呢？你会信任这种做法吗？在考虑入住之前，先问问自己这个问题。管理糟糕至极/而且有点不可靠。
