Much better than Hurrem Sultana Hammam

点评：Been to Turkey at least 20 times, with hammams at least once each time in Istanbul, as well as other parts of Turkey, Morocco etc.
Have experienced hammam services at Cukurcuma Hamami about four times now over the course of two years. All four times have been positive experiences. This recent June stay in Istanbul, I was soaped up, scrubbed down and massaged by attendant/Guniz on the Wednesday and Friday of the week I was staying at excellent Hammamhane Hotel, which is next door to the hammam. Guniz provided a good strong massage, and was as gentle as needed during the scrubbing phase of the almost two hour Surreya Dream service.
The hammam is as lovely, clean and safe as depicted on their website pictures. The good sized individual changing rooms use electronic locks, have quiet hair dryers, cotton ear buds, facial cleansing pads, combs etc.
Given the consistently good service, I definitely recommend Curkurcuma Hamami and will of course return during the next Istanbul stay.
