**An Unforgettable Week on the Water in Costa Rica**

点评：We just returned from a week-long guided whitewater kayaking trip with Amazing Vacations Costa Rica on the Caribbean side (Caribbean Week of Rivers), and we can't recommend it highly enough. In fact, we're already talking about going back!
The highlight of our trip was absolutely our lead guide, Arnaldo. From the moment we arrived, he was the consummate professional - expertly coordinating every aspect of our visit, accommodating all of our needs, and making sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. On the river, his instruction and guidance were exceptional. We got in more roll practice with him than anyone we've ever kayaked with has been willing to do, and by the end of the week the results showed. I came away very comfortable with my combat roll, and my wife finally started to get hers. Arnaldo truly went above and beyond; he even fixed my wife's broken sandal during a drive to the hot springs.
The rivers on the Caribbean side were absolutely stunning, with more rapids than any river we've paddled before which made for an incredibly fun and exciting week on the water. Midway through the trip we had a one-night jungle camp experience that was simply gorgeous and peaceful, and even after a long day of guiding us on the river, the guides cooked a wonderful meal for us without missing a beat.
The food throughout the entire trip was delicious and surprisingly well presented, even when the staff was prepping and plating meals for us right on the river. It was a lovely touch we didn't expect.
The accommodations were comfortable and the hotel staff were warm and welcoming as well.
Whether you're a seasoned paddler or just starting out, this trip is an incredible experience. Amazing Vacations Costa Rica delivers on every front: beautiful scenery, thrilling rivers, expert guidance, outstanding food, and a seamlessly organized adventure where the staff genuinely cares about making your trip special.
