点评：I marveled that miracle of landscape design and re-cultivation late in May, in the evening. During my last trip to Tula I hadn't dared venture even near the area because of the nauseating smell (in the heart of the city!). Now, completely discombobulated, I was walking along the glistering rivulet with white swans swimming in it and just couldn't believe my eyes!
Crowds of people were enjoying themselves along the beautifully illuminated riverfront, including moms pushing strollers, elderly people holding hands, teenagers torturing their skateboards, mohawk crowned, tattooed youngsters with pierced noses, ears, lower lips, and what not, foppish dad bods, beguiling gals on the prowl—any type one can imagine. Some were hiding amid the bushes, some were gently riding swing sets, some were just chattering, some were kissing. What a setting!
Blessed be those who brought such a treasure to the city!

An outdoor floor-standing digital signage displayed non-stop how that overhaul had been effected. Following it made me even more stunned by the result.
