点评：Following my baby’s christening I held the reception at The Yellow Earl who provided the buffet for us, which included four different types of sandwiches, quiche, different types of pizza, dips, garlic bread and chips. Every guest we spoke to said how much they enjoyed the buffet, to which I echo. The chips in particular were delicious.
They also let me come early in the morning to decorate and store the baptism cake in the fridge.
The bar staff I spoke to were very polite and friendly and went out of their way to help sort things out for us with the cake.
Outside of the baptism reception, I often visit TYE on nights out with my friends as they offer a lot of nice beer and ales you don’t see in other venues in Whitehaven (such as Estrella and Red Stripe) and the Guinness is one of the best pints you’ll get in town. There’s often live music on and is all in all a nice place. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Whitehaven and looking for a decent pint.
