点评：First the good. Footfalls came through with everything they said they would do. The maps, route narratives, and digital downloads were spot on. The lodging along the way was excellent and bookings were correct. The luggage shuttles were accurate.
We thought the costs were very reasonable for our trip.
The only complaint I have was their lack of communication. After we booked our trip and paid our deposits, I was unable to get any response to multiple emails. It turned out they had quit using that email but had not informed us. When it came to finalizing the details, they had a few errors on the documents. Everything was corrected but I would have to wait days for responses to my emails as they seem to have very limited office hours. During our trip and since the end, I have not received one communication from them checking in on how things are going.
