点评：After looking at some of the negative reviews I was a bit nervous about making the 1 hour drive to this waterpark. Yes it looks a little tired and could do with an upgrade (some extra slides would be good) but at the end of the day all kids (big and small) want to do on a hot day is throw themselves in water. This completely fit the bill.
I was slightly disturbed by the food reviews so we had a packed lunch in the car at about 11am which saw them through to 4:30pm where we then went and ate in Belle Mare just down the road. I did have a nose at the burgers though and they looked absolutely fine. I also didn't see any complaints from those eating them, but I didn't try any personally.
I calculated roughly £15 would have fed the 4 of us, which for an amusement park - could be worse.
We all had a great time and 5 hours was more than enough to go on the rides multiple times and do a few laps in the lazy river. If you can, finish the day off with a little trot on Belle Mare beach. Those incredible 'megabats' in the trees that line the beach take flight at dusk and are magnificent. Like something out of Jurassic Park
Would we go back? Absolutely
