点评：I had an extremely disappointing experience with the service!
The staff were unacceptably rude, which compels me to share my thoughts publicly. I visited with my daughters, aged 8 and 6, and the treatment we received was absolutely unacceptable.
My older daughter, who just turned 8, was not allowed to enter the play gym because we didn’t plan ahead or bring trainers. Both of my daughters were looking forward to spending an hour in the play gym together, a special “daddy and girls” time we had anticipated for weeks.
This experience was completely ruined by a staff member at the reception who was excessively focused on enforcing rules without any consideration for our situation. The staff members displayed robotic behavior with no friendly or helpful demeanor whatsoever.
I find it frustrating that I was put in a position to either split my children up or allow only one of them to go. There was clearly a more considerate way to communicate these rules instead of adhering strictly to a robotic approach. I would have preferred to interact with a robot than with the staff member we encountered. My daughter left in tears, feeling deeply upset by the way we were treated. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I hope changes are made to ensure it doesn’t happen to other families in the future.
