Avoid at all costs, horrible customer service

点评：I am extremely disappointed with ITA Airways and JustFly regarding my recent booking. On November 12, 2025, JustFly told me via email and live chat that one of my flights was cancelled. After 4 hours of messaging the only option was to request a refund.
I contacted them two days later (Nov 14) for an update and was only told the refund was pending.
Today I was told the refund had been denied since the flight is not cancelled. I did not receive communication about this and was not informed that the flight had been reinstated under a new number.
This miscommunication last week forced me to purchase alternative flights at my own expense, causing significant inconvenience to my travel plans.
JustFly is refusing to provide any support and I have only had a horrible experience with them.
I have screen recordings of the live chat showing I was explicitly told the flight was cancelled. I hope this post encourages others to not purchase with JustFly and ITA Airways
