点评：I ordered 4 hanging baskets in early May. I chose colours of pink, white and purple and said I didn’t want too many petunias. As we were going on holiday I said the earliest possible date I could collect them was June 15th. I was told, by the young lady who served me, that wouldn’t be a problem as they were then very busy and my baskets wouldn’t be planted up for 3 weeks. On 11th May I went to the garden centre, with my daughter, for the monthly craft fair. To my surprise I saw 4 baskets, with my name on, already planted and hanging up. On Sunday22nd June we went to collect the baskets. I was surprised to see they needed dead heading but was told there hadn’t been time to do it that day. We could only fit 2 in the car so did 2 trips. When We got them out of the car it was more than obvious little, if any, dead heading had been done and in 2 baskets verbena plants had died. Contrary to my request Thé baskets were almost filled with petunia. Many of the plants were of poor quality and I spent nearly2 hours deadheading. I was offered a£10 reduction which I accepted. This was before I had seen all of them at home. I am so disappointed. Previously I have always done my own baskets. The baskets were planted too early, there are too many petunias and they haven’t been cared for properly. I will never return to this garden centre and will not reccommend it to my friends.
