点评：I have been here a number of times for lunch in the pub area then into the play area after,
The staff are always friendly, Vicky who works in the play area is especially nice , she takes time to talk to all customers getting to know them and remembering names of people that go in multiple times, she is great with the children making up games with them and chatting to them.
The food comes out quickly and is hot and fresh however does not stay hot many minutes due to the seating area being so cold. Cold to the point Iv seen staff working in coats.
The biggest problem I find is the cleanliness of the place, the toilets are not great, and my child’s socks turn black wile she is playing. Don’t get me wrong most soft play areas you get some dirt on socks by the end but Iv never seen her socks so bad as what they get here,
I believe the full venu would benefit from a refurbishment and then cleanliness keeping on top of.
It is a cheap and cheerful place to visit and recommend for a quick catch up or if you want somewhere to eat and your children to play, but due to couple of down sides mentioned I would not recommend for if wanting a meal for a special occasion.
