AMAZING VISIT WITH SPECTACULAR VIEWS AT MORISFARMS WINERY

点评：My husband and I spent an amazing and unforgettable afternoon at Morisfarms Terrazza with two other couples. We are all from the St. Louis, MO area.
Janie and Gulio owners of this property that have been in Gulio's family for more than 300 years, were there to personally welcome us. We tasted 6 different wines, had a charcuterie board with yummy meats and cheeses and was allowed to sample some fava beans from their garden.
As Janie is originally from our home town we had a personal connection which drew us to visit this amazing terrace and wine shop. Janie and Gullio have such a passion for their wine making as well as this property, which is made obvious in all of our conversations with them. All wines we tasted were amazing and reasonably priced. I plan to continue to order from their website in the future to keep my wine cellar fully stocked with their wines.
The Terrazza is gorgeous and the views were stunning! See attached pics showing amazing views of this beautiful property.
If you are any where near the Maremma area in Italy I would highly recommend a visit. The Morisfarms Terazza is located a little over a one hour drive from the Livorno cruise port, so I would also recommend a possible shore excursion from a cruise ship when porting in Livorno. It would be possible to use a private driver with another stop in possibly Pisa or Lucca.
