Rokmi Tours created a perfectly customized itinerary that balanced their expert suggestions with my personal preferences. They guided me on what to do, what to skip, and thoughtfully designed the trip around my convenience. The planning felt collaborative, flexible, and completely stress-free.
Their hotel selections across Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Ella, Mirissa, Beruwala, and Colombo were excellent — each offering stunning views and great comfort, adding so much value to the overall experience.
A special mention to Sampath, my designated driver and guide, who accompanied me throughout the trip. He was extremely professional, polite, and dependable. Traveling with him was comfortable and safe, and he truly ensured the journey was smooth from start to finish.
I also deeply appreciate Milind’s prompt communication and customer service — always responsive, helpful, and attentive.
