Loved supporting a rescue, can’t wait to come back

点评：We had the best time on our sunset tour with Kristi and Jimmy! We loved meeting all of the rescued horses (I got to ride Casper), chatted and learned some things about the island as we went, and even got to give our horses a well deserved treat at the end. Half way through we stopped and Jimmy took some great photos of the two of us, and Kristi snapped some photos as we rode. We are beginner level riders and I was a little nervous, but with some helpful instruction felt confident riding.
Some tips:
Do wear long pants! We were lucky enough to have beautiful calm weather with no wind, but that means mosquitos! You will also encounter a little brush along the trails.
It will be dark when you return from the trail, so scheduling a cab or ride to pick you up in advance would be ideal.
Use a wrist strap, lanyard, or anything to secure your phone to your person while you ride/take photos.
If you get there early, you can spend a few minutes visiting the mighty Ceiba tree.
