点评：As a member of Champneys Tring, I wanted to share a heartfelt thank you for making my birthday spa day so special. I enjoyed a wonderful 100 Years Face & Body Reset massage with Arlyn, who is an exceptional therapist. She has a real talent for finding the perfect balance between effectively working on knots and tension while still delivering a deeply relaxing experience. Arlyn also shared some extremely helpful skincare advice for the winter months, which I really appreciated.
I would also like to mention Gemma, who works tirelessly behind the scenes to keep the spa immaculate. The changing rooms and shower areas are always clean, tidy and well organised thanks to her hard work. Given that not all guests are as respectful as they should be, Gemma has an endless task on her hands, and Champneys is very lucky to have her.
A truly lovely experience all round - including lovely birthday hugs from Louise (cafe) and Jo (hair salon) - thank you to the team for making my birthday so special.
