点评：We were incredibly fortunate to have Udaya as our guide and Arshan as our driver for 10 nights of our recent 16-night holiday. Their professionalism, knowledge, and warm personalities made our trip unforgettable.
Udaya’s extensive knowledge was remarkable—he expertly answered all our questions on culture, customs, traditions, and even politics. His excellent English and enthusiasm for learning Spanish added a personal touch, and we enjoyed greeting him in Spanish each morning. Udaya went above and beyond to give us authentic experiences, whether guiding us through bustling local markets or stopping at roadside stalls to introduce us to fresh local fruits. Even when there was a minor ticket issue for the Kandy to Haputale train, Udaya resolved it quickly, ensuring we didn’t miss out on this stunning journey.
Arshan, our driver, was equally impressive. Always punctual, cheerful, and efficient, he made travelling seamless. His clean, well-stocked vehicle and readiness to help with our bags made every journey enjoyable. Thanks to his quick thinking, we were able to stop and watch wild elephants by the roadside—a truly magical moment!
Both Udaya and Arshan were flexible with our requests while offering invaluable advice on timings. Their courtesy, professionalism, and attention to detail enhanced every aspect of our trip. We couldn’t recommend them more highly!
