点评:Part 2 of 4 - ONLINE RESERVATION SERVICE:
10/10 - Nothing seemed to be a burden to all the receptionists I spoke too, and there were at least 5 of them.
They were obliging and patient. They seemed to know everything I asked regarding my online reservation and were able to confirm changes I had made, and also provide answers to questions I, as a first-time organiser, seemed to have quite a few of, like mainly explaining about deposit and anything that may impact its being refunded or not, the situation regarding Senior card discounts, what qualified guests for unlimited non-alcoholic juices with regards it’s not being available if other specials were happening at the same time, etc etc. Their explanations were succinct. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them to answer.
DROP OFF AT HOTEL ENTRANCE:
10/10
Though we were not using the hotel parking, the valet at the entrance was so kind in opening my door, noticing I was elderly and offered to assist me with exiting the car. What a lovely guy. I think he may have been Polynesian.
