贝洛格拉奇克堡垒的点评
点评：Fortress was wonderful, stunning scenery and well worth visiting. There were almost no other visitors.
Went by public bus from vidin as a day trip.
A lot of online info gives conflicting info. As of Oct 2025 there was only one bus a day, it goes from vidin at 07:40 and returns back to vidin at 16:00. It’s 9 lev from the driver and the bus company is Montana. Buses take an hour and go from stand no 4 of the main vidin bus station (not the alexiev bus station next door). In belogradchik it drops and picks up from a stand in the middle of the town.
Despite internet info, Alexiev were not running a service, their times have been covered over on the board at the station and the lady at the desk said to go to the other station. Would advise going to the bus station the day before and asking to check as it seems times can change. At the main bus station there were no signs/timetable for the belogradchik bus.
