点评:We did the walking tour of the grounds as well as the science center. Absolutely mind blowing experience. The walking tour is straightforward, but quite a long walk to see the largest telescope, so I recommend the tour bus if you aren't up for the 1 12 mile trek to get back there. We enjoyed the walk and felt we could spend more time observing each telescope, rather than being under the constraints of the official tour. There are flags planted which represent the distance from the sun to Pluto and dang, Pluto is a long way off! We also liked the science center, which is kid- friendly, but a few of the exhibits weren't working properly. The gift shop is fun and the staff are pleasant. Good experience! We tied it in with a 2 hour train trip at the Cass Railroad and that worked well.
