Very disappointing and disgusting customer service!

点评：My partner booked this place for my Birthday it was going to be the first time we had left our baby. I was really looking forward to it after seeing some splendid Instagram stories. Unfortunately my baby was rushed to hospital in the morning of our visit. We tried to rearrange and even suggested paying more for another time. Unfortunately, the management lacked any sort of compassion or understanding for our situation and point blank refused whilst we frantically called them from A and E. For a place that prides itself on balance I found it deeply ironic that it has caused myself and family huge amounts of stress with quite frankly disgusting customer service. I would avoid at all costs - it's a shame as we would have spent money on drinks and food and ultimately they are the ones losing out, they need to rethink their business model so they show people some grace in hard situations.
As I new mum looking forward to her first outing without the baby I suggest to anyone to avoid this place at all costs. Better off going to the sauna at your local Better Gym.
